Stella is a small, focused founding team — three co-founders from GetYourGuide covering engineering, product, and sales — building the AI operations layer for tour operators. We're pre-revenue, product-first, and moving fast with a full TypeScript stack across frontend and backend.
We're not hiring for specific roles right now. But if you care about building products that make real operators' lives easier — and you want to be early — we'd like to hear from you.
At this stage, everyone does everything. You'll ship features, talk to operators, fix bugs, and shape the product direction.
We build the simplest thing that works, then iterate. No over-engineering, no premature abstraction. Ship and learn.
